TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. To be eligible for this offer, the customer must have consented to receiving promotional email communications from Freedom at the time the review request email is sent and any reward coupon email is sent. Customers who have unsubscribed or withdrawn their consent to receive promotional email communications may not receive these emails and will not be eligible to participate in the offer.
2.  A customer who submits a review within 30 days of receiving this email, will be sent a further email containing a unique coupon code for 10% Off their next purchase.
3. This unique coupon code is valid on items in a single transaction online at www.freedom.com.au (excluding delivery charges).
4. This offer is available regardless of whether the customer’s review is favourable.
5. This offer can only be redeemed once.
6. The customer’s unique coupon code will be valid for 30 days from the date of their coupon email.
7. To receive the coupon code, the customer must maintain a valid email address and remain eligible to receive promotional email communications from Freedom.
8. Available from 04/08/2026 until further notice.
9. Limit to one coupon code applied per transaction.
10. Freedom reserves the right not to issue a coupon code where it reasonably believes a review is fraudulent, automated, spam, offensive, unlawful or otherwise breaches Freedom's review submission requirements.
11. Offer not available in-store or at Freedom Kitchens.
