Week 5 of The Block brought us into the heart of the home for Living & Dining Week, where the couples’ created spaces made for relaxing, entertaining and coming together.​

The contestants also took on a mini sofa styling challenge at Freedom Nunawading with The Block ambassadors Matty J and Laura. Their looks were judged by myFreedom members as part of an exclusive member experience.​

Freedom pieces took centre stage across the reveals, with each home delivering its own take on contemporary Australian living. Rick & Tayla created a warm and inviting living space, pairing the sculptural Papilla Coffee Table with Nobu Chairs to bring natural textures and beautifully curved forms into the room.​

Lisa & Rosco continued the relaxed aesthetic with the Hamelin Dining Table and Mozart Dining Chairs, creating a sophisticated setting designed for everything from everyday meals to long lunches with family and friends.​

Courtney & Sev embraced comfort on a grand scale with the Austin Fabric Modular Sofa, grounding their living zone with the Pearce Rug and adding character with the Porteno Coffee Table.

From statement sofas to dining settings and occasional pieces, this week proved the right furniture can set the tone for how we live, gather and connect at home.​
