Week 12 on The Block was all about first impressions—Frontyard & Façade Week. From striking entrances to welcoming outdoor zones, the contestants delivered show stopping exteriors designed to set the tone for each home.

Sonny & Alicia claimed the win this week, impressing the judges with a façade that felt both bold and inviting. Their frontyard design tied together architectural detail with thoughtful styling, proving that curb appeal is just as important as the spaces inside.

Britt & Taz added sophistication to their entrance with the Sonata Black Armchairs paired with the Mass Side Table. Together, these pieces created a relaxed seating zone that blended contemporary lines with practicality, and adding a cheeky outdoor screen for added wow factor!

Week 11 | Backyard & Pool

Week 11 on The Block was all about making a splash—Backyard & Pool Week. With summer entertaining and outdoor living front of mind, the contestants transformed their backyards into private retreats filled with resort-inspired style and comfort.

Emma & Ben took out the win this week, impressing the judges with a cohesive design that included the sleek and versatile Cannes Sun Lounger—a piece perfect for poolside relaxation.

Han & Can went all out, also styling with the Cannes Sun Lounger, the statement Boree Daybed, and the Aspen Umbrella, paired with the Time Outdoor Side Table. Undercover, they added lounge-worthy comfort with the Lune Sofa and Oxidise Coffee Table, showing how layered zones can make outdoor living seamless.

Britt & Taz embraced laid-back style with the Sonata Outdoor Daybed and Sonata Armchair, complemented by the Mass Side Table and Manly Armless Chairs with Side Table for added versatility. Robby & Mat claimed the win this week, impressing the judges with an alfresco space that perfectly balanced practicality and polish. Their shed and outdoor entertaining zones proved that functionality doesn’t have to come at the expense of style.

Sonny & Alicia delivered a warm and inviting outdoor retreat, featuring the Sonata Sofa & Armchair paired with the Mollymook Outdoor Cushion for comfort and colour. They finished the look with the Lellouche Throw in Chocolate, adding softness and a touch of sophistication to their terrace.

Week 9 | Back of House

Week 9 on The Block took us to the Back of House, where clever design meets everyday practicality. These often-overlooked spaces became a chance for the contestants to show how smart styling and thoughtful details can turn utility zones into something truly special.

Britt & Taz took out the win this week, delivering a beautifully styled back-of-house space that blended warmth and function. Their look was elevated with the natural textures of the Rockley Basket and the Camden Wooden Bowls, perfect for adding both charm and purpose.

Emma & Ben leaned into soft accents with layered textiles, showcasing the Amal Scatter Cushion and York Scatter Cushion to bring a touch of comfort and colour. Robby & Matt kept things practical yet stylish with kitchen-inspired finishing touches, including the Cassis Paddle Board and the Codena Lazy Susan Platter—pieces designed to make entertaining effortless.

Week 8 | Guest Suite

Week 8 on The Block was all about creating a welcoming retreat—Guest Suite Week. These spaces needed to strike the right balance of comfort and practicality while still showcasing the unique style of each team. From statement furniture to thoughtful styling details, the guest suites proved that first impressions really do matter.

Emma & Ben took out the win this week with a warm, inviting space that highlighted their signature eye for detail. Their guest suite impressed the judges for its balance of functionality and style.

Sonny & Alicia embraced easy elegance with the Mila Bed in Camel, Round Side Table, Looma Occasional Chair, and the Braylon Scatter Cushion—creating a relaxed, homely feel. It was a double win for Robby and Matt, and Britt and Taz, who impressed with smart layouts and refined finishes. Britt and Taz combined the sleek Anka Counter Stool with warm Cora Winter Wheat Smooth and Cora Caribou Oak cabinetry. Robby and Matt balanced rich Sienna Nordic Oak cabinetry with Stirling Bronze Pull handles.

Emma and Ben embraced clean lines with Sienna Toasted Chestnut cabinetry and Arezzo Knurled Bar in Copper Bronze handles. Han and Can paired Esme Amaro Smooth cabinetry with a Dekton Taga benchtop by Cosentino, while Sonny and Alicia brought bold colour using Sierra IV Baltic Blue cabinetry and a Dekton Reverie benchtop by Cosentino, all from Freedom Kitchens.

Week 6 | Rumpus

Week 6 of The Block was all about creating the ultimate family hangout—Rumpus Week. These spaces needed to balance comfort, practicality, and personality, giving each home a hub for relaxation and play. With plenty of Freedom pieces in the mix, the contestants delivered inviting rooms that showcased how the right furniture and styling can bring a rumpus room to life.

Han & Can claimed the win this week, styling their space around the sleek Nowra Entertainment Unit. Layered with a mix of playful textures and colour from Freedom cushions—including the Platypus, Amal, Snowy, and Lexi styles—their rumpus was both functional and fun.

Emma & Ben kept things grounded with the Kendal Floor Rug, anchoring their room with a soft, tactile base. Sonny & Alicia went all out with the Sorrento Sofa, finished with the Hallie Throw and Amani Floor Rug. Their styling was elevated further with accents like the Dansk Vase and a curated mix of cushions and décor, adding personality and warmth.

Week 5 | Living & Dining

Living & Dining Week on The Block is always a showstopper—and this season is no exception. The contestants opened up their homes with big, bold spaces designed for entertaining, relaxation, and everyday living. With plenty of Freedom pieces at the heart of the action, each couple brought their own spin to these all-important rooms.

Robby & Mat took out the win, creating a warm and inviting living space that revolved around the Sorrento Modular Sofa in Alpha Natural. All the Blockheads took part in the Freedom in-store challenge of styling a sofa as part of the all-important Living and Dining week.

Week 4 | Main Bedroom

Main Bedroom Week on the Block proved that big style statements can transform the heart of the home. With bold choices, clever styling, and plenty of Freedom pieces, the contestants created inspiring spaces designed for both comfort and impact.

Han & Can impressed the judges with their colourful yet sophisticated design and took out the win, incorporating Freedom’s Aero Armchair and Lennox Bench to create a calming corner amongst all the colour. Their room struck the balance between contemporary and timeless, making it a standout.

Emma & Ben layered in warmth and texture with the Piha Floor Rug and Column Side Table. Britt & Taz brought creativity to their space with the Quinn Bedside Table alongside a clever reimagining of the St Tropez Side Table, styled as a chic buffet for added versatility. Han & Can took out the win with a modern twist on a retro-inspired design, seamlessly blending bold personality with timeless detail. Following the drama of Bathroom Week, the competition is heating up—and this round, Britt & Taz came out on top with a fun and functional kids’ retreat that truly impressed the judges.

Week 1 | Bathroom

The houses are chosen, and the cultural hub of country Victoria is set to host all the action as The Block kicks off in style and “aint it good to be back!” This week started in a blaze of colour as contestants were tasked with creating a float for the annual “Chillout Festival” and ultimately decide who chose their houses with Britt & Taz crowned the winners. With the builds underway plumbing issues, rain clouds, and emotional contestants provided the reality check that its not all rainbows and parades on The Block!

Bathroom week provides any number of challenges for our five teams who are all searching for a week one win and it was Robby & Matt who nailed the first challenge as judged by the experts.
