CLICK + COLLECT


Click + Collect from our Stores

At Freedom we are proud to offer a free Click + Collect service on all applicable items. Click + Collect will be available to select on the product page, where you will be able to check if your closest store has the item in stock, or you can search for other participating stores. This service is available at all Freedom stores and warehouses across Australia.

Once your item is ready for collection our team will contact you via email and SMS to advise you that your purchase is ready for collection. Please have your confirmation ready when you head into store to collect your order.

During checkout you can nominate another person to collect your order on your behalf. Your nominated person must present:

  • A copy of the order confirmation or collection notice
  • Photo ID

You must collect your order within 14 days of being notified that it is ready for collection. Orders not collected after this time may be cancelled and refunded. Please contact your Click + Collect store if you are unable to collect within this time.

Click + Collect from our Warehouse

Our national network of Warehouses makes Click + Collect an easy and efficient way of collecting larger furniture items. If your furniture item is available for Click + Collect from one of our warehouses this option will be available for selection on the product page or within your shopping cart. The selected warehouse will default to your state location.  There is one warehouse in each major capital city:

  • Sydney
  • Brisbane
  • Melbourne
  • Perth
  • Adelaide

If you have ordered multiple products, as each of your items become available for collection our team will contact you via email and SMS to advise you that your items are ready to collect from your selected warehouse. Please have your confirmation ready when you head into our warehouse to collect your order.

Ship to Store

Our delivery partner can ship selected product direct to store, and our team will let you know when it’s ready for collection from the store. This service is only available for selected regional stores and for selected products. Our product page will clearly identify whether this service is available for the product you are browsing.

Collecting your order

Click + Collect orders and Ship to Store items need to be signed for upon collection at your selected store or warehouse. Simply have your ready to collect email or SMS message, together with your photo identification. If you authorised another person to collect your order on your behalf, they will require photo identification to sign for and collect the order together with the ready to collect information. Once your order has been signed for and collected, you or the person collecting are responsible for any damage or loss of items
