Affiliate Promotions Terms and Conditions for Consumers

1. Overview

1.1. The Affiliate Promotions Program (the "Program") is facilitated by Freedom Furniture Australia & Freedom Furniture New Zealand, hereinafter referred to as "Freedom," to provide consumers with access to exclusive promotions through affiliates.

1.2. By participating in the Program as a consumer, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from participating in the Program.

2. Promotions

2.1. The Program allows consumers to access promotions offered by affiliates during specified promotion periods as communicated by Freedom.

2.2. Consumers are responsible for understanding and adhering to the terms of each promotion, including any additional terms imposed by affiliates. 

2.3. All references to times in promotions associated with affiliates are based on the local time in Australia/New Zealand. 

2.4. Affiliate offers are valid for online orders only. 

2.5. Affiliate offers are ineligible for the following:

- Instore purchases paid in-store. 
- Instore purchases paid (partially or in full) through our online payment portal. 
- Freedom Kitchens, myFreedom memberships or renewals, warranties (protection plans), Visa Gem Card or third party card applications.
- Items that are canceled, returned, exchanged or refunded.
- Purchase of gift cards or use of gift cards for partial or full payment.

- GST, other taxes, delivery fees or any other service fees.
- Fraudulent transactions.
- Purchases using any type of discount which lowers price advertised, including but not limited to employee discounts, student discounts and price-matching.

3. Purchases

3.1. Consumers may make purchases through the unique affiliate links provided by affiliates to access promotions.

3.2. Any purchases made through affiliate links are subject to the terms and conditions set by Freedom, the specific terms of the promotion and any additional terms imposed by affiliates. 

4. Consumer Responsibilities

4.1. Consumers are responsible for reviewing and understanding the terms of each promotion before making a purchase.

4.2. Any issues or disputes related to purchases made through affiliate links should be directed to the affiliate, not to Freedom.

5. Affiliate Marketing Practices

5.1. Affiliates are independent entities, and Freedom is not responsible for their marketing practices.

5.2. Consumers should report any misleading, deceptive, or unethical marketing practices by affiliates to Freedom.

6. Compliance with Laws

6.1. Consumers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when participating in the Program.

6.2. Freedom encourages consumers to report any suspected illegal or unethical activities related to the Program.

7. Termination

7.1. Freedom reserves the right to terminate the participation of any consumer in the Program for violation of these terms and conditions.

7.2. In the event of termination, the consumer will no longer be eligible for promotions through the Program.

8. Changes to Terms

8.1. Freedom reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. 

8.2. Consumers are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms and conditions and staying informed of any updates.
