About our warranties

  • Freedom guarantees to repair or replace any product with a manufacturing or material defect, for two years from the day you bought it. This is so long as the defect is not a result of normal wear and tear, or a natural characteristic of the material used. 
  • Your furniture must be cared for as explained in the care instructions that come with it.
  • The warranty doesn’t cover products used for commercial purposes. 
  • There is a ten-year frame warranty on Freedom sofas.
  • All other Freedom furniture, including sofa beds and recliner mechanisms and Freedom fabrics are covered by a two-year warranty. 
  • Fabrics that have been supplied by you are not included in this warranty.
  • This warranty is in addition to the rights granted by relevant State and Federal laws, and in particular the Trade Practices Act 1974 and corresponding State Fair Trading legislation. 
  • Please ensure that you keep your receipt in order to validate your warranty.
