Delivery Lead Times
Delivery times vary by stock availability and postcode. To view estimated delivery time frame, please go to the product page and enter your delivery suburb and postcode.
Products can either be ‘In Stock’, ‘Available to Order’, or ‘Available Click & Collect Only’. This is listed on each product page. If a product is ‘Available In-Store Only’, click on the ‘Find in Store’ tab to view stock at your nearest store.
You will receive a notification email or SMS from Shippit when your homeware items have been dispatched with an estimated delivery date. You can also track your order in real-time to check the status of your parcel.
Sale & Promotional Periods
Orders containing sale items or made during a promotion may be delayed due to a higher order volume. We will endeavour to advise you of the delay where possible.
My delivery arrived damaged, what should I do?
If any of your items are damaged or faulty, you will need to put through a claim here and one of our team members will come back to you.
What if the item I purchased is not what I expected?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please visit your nearest store along with your receipt and a team member will help resolve this with you.
What if I miss my delivery?
For small homeware items, your delivery will be redirected to your local post office or courier distribution centre depending on the carrier.
For large homeware items, you may be charged a redelivery fee.
