Our delivery service prices vary depending on the delivery location. Our furniture delivery service includes:

  • Delivery into customer’s nominated room
  • Packaging removed (sofas, armchairs & mattresses only)
  • Feet, legs & castors fitted on sofas
  • All recliner mechanisms plugged in (or checked if a battery motion) and confirmed as operable


Delivery Location

Our products are delivered weekdays and Saturdays however, delivery days are dependent on location. While we deliver to most locations across Australia, there are a few locations we do not offer furniture delivery to.  To check which postcodes are excluded from furniture delivery, please check here.


Delivery Lead Times

Delivery lead times vary by stock availability and by postcode. To view estimated delivery lead times for a product, please go to its product page and enter your suburb and postcode.

Once your items are available for delivery, our home delivery partner will contact you.


What if I miss my delivery?

Our delivery partner will send a text message prior to the day of delivery with a time frame of expected arrival. This is our way to ensure you will be available to receive the item. If you happen to miss your furniture delivery, you may be charged a redelivery fee.

You must take delivery of the products within 14 days from the day we notify you that they are available. If you fail to do so, freedom may charge storage fees of $50 per delivery per week and/or cancel your order.
