Shop online and pick up your order at your nearest store, at a time that’s convenient for you. We will send an email notification when your items are ready to be collected.


What store offers Click & Collect?

All our stores offer Click & Collect and to check which store has an item available, click ‘Find in Store’ on the product’s page. Enter your suburb or postcode and we will display a list of stores closest to you with a guide of our stock levels. 


Can I Click & Collect every product?

Not all products are available for Click & Collect such as large homewares and furniture.


Can I pay for my order when I collect?

No, all orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.


When will my order be ready?

Once your order is ready, you will receive a ‘Ready to Collect’ email. Order before 2pm and you can collect on the same day. For any orders after 2pm, please wait for a notification email that it is ready to collect.


Can I go to the store to collect before I receive my ready to collect email?

To avoid disappointment, please wait until you receive your ready to collect email before proceeding to your store.


How long do I have to pick up my order?

You must collect your order within 7 days of being notified that it is ready for collection. Orders not collected after this time may be cancelled and refunded. Please call your nominated Click & Collect store if you are unable to pick it up within this time.


What if I can’t collect my order within 7 days?

If you can’t collect your order within this time frame and have not notified your nominated store, your order will be cancelled and refunded.


Can someone else collect my order on my behalf?

Yes, someone can collect your order on your behalf but must have the following:

  • Provide a copy of the order confirmation
  • Provide photographic identification
  • Provide the card used for payment


What if an item in my order is out of stock?

Our website checks stock levels of your nominated store before an order is put through. If the item is not available, one of our friendly team members will contact you to help resolve this.
