Delivery Information

We use a number of delivery partners across Australia to ensure we offer you the best delivery price and the most secure delivery service. If you purchase both furniture and homewares you may receive multiple deliveries as these are managed by separate delivery partners.

FURNITURE 

Furniture items are delivered by our home delivery partner, Monday to Saturday, 6.00am - 6.00pm. While we deliver to most locations in Australia, there are currently a few locations we do not offer purchase or delivery for large items to. To check whether we deliver to your area, simply visit the product detail page of the item you are interested in and enter your postcode for specific delivery advice, or check your postcode in the exclusion list here.

Delivery cost

  • Our home delivery service prices start at $99 for metropolitan areas.
  • Saturday delivery service prices start at $119 for metropolitan areas.

The final delivery charge for your order will be calculated at the checkout. To view the cost of delivery for your order, please add all of the items to your shopping cart and ensure your delivery suburb or postcode is correct.

Extra large deliveries

Deliveries over 4 cubic metres will incur additional charges.

To ensure your furniture is going to fit into your home please use our Guide For Successful Delivery.

If you think your order may be an extra large delivery, please contact us or call your nearest store for further information.

Delivery tracking

Once your items are available for delivery, our home delivery partner will contact you to book a delivery time.

To get an update on your furniture delivery please call your nearest store.

Storage & missed deliveries

Please note: If you miss your furniture delivery, you will be charged a redelivery fee.  We always call prior to your delivery date to ensure you will be available to receive the item, so if you know that you are not going to be available, please let us know.

You must collect or take delivery of the products within 14 days from the day that we notify you that they are available. If you fail to do so, freedom may charge storage fees of $50 per delivery per week and/or cancel your order.

 

HOMEWARES 

Delivery cost

The final delivery charge for your order will be calculated at the checkout. To view the cost of delivery for your order, please add all of the items to your shopping cart and ensure your delivery suburb or postcode is correct.

To view the delivery charge for a particular product, please go to the product detail page and enter your delivery postcode or suburb in the ‘Delivery’ section underneath the ‘ADD TO CART’ button.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary by stock availability and by postcode. To view the delivery details of a particular product, please go to the product detail page and enter your delivery postcode.

  • Products can either be 'in stock', 'available to order', or 'available in store only'. This is listed on each product detail page
  • 'In stock' products will be despatched within 2 business days and you will receive them within 7-8 days for metropolitan areas, or 10-12 business days for regional areas
  • If a product is 'available in store only' click on the 'FIND IN STORE' tab to view the stock at your nearest store

Delivery tracking

You will receive a notification email when your homeware items have been despatched. You can track your delivery by going to the 'ORDERS' tab in your account.

Sale & promotional periods

Orders containing sale items or made during a promotion may be delayed due to a higher order volume. We will endeavour to advise you of the delay where possible.

 

GIFT CARDS AND MYFREEDOM CARDS

Gift cards

Gift Cards are delivered via Australia Post. You will receive an email notification once the item has been shipped.

There can only be one delivery address used for each order so if you wish to send a gift card to a friend, please include their details as the delivery address in checkout.

myfreedom cards

myfreedom cards are personalised and sent via Australia Post. They usually take 14 days to reach metropolitan areas.
