  • Do you deliver to my area?

    We deliver homeware items Australia wide.   For large furniture and oversized items, we deliver to most locations in Australia but are unable to deliver to some regional and remote locations.   To check whether we deliver to your area, simply visit the product detail page of the item you are interested in and enter your postcode for specific delivery advice.

     

     

  • How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

    Our delivery times vary depending on the product you are ordering and your location.

    Homeware items are typically dispatched within 2 business days and delivered within 10 business days. 

    Furniture items that are in stock are generally delivered within 2-4 weeks.

    Furniture that is not in stock but available to order is generally delivered within 6-8 weeks.

    Furniture items that are made-to-order are generally delivered within 12-14 weeks.

    For a delivery estimate, please visit the product detail page of the item you are interested in and enter your postcode.  You can also view delivery estimates during checkout.

  • Do you deliver internationally?

    We do not currently deliver to any locations outside of Australia.

  • What is the cost of delivery?

    The cost of delivery varies depending on the size of the item and the delivery location. To obtain an accurate delivery cost estimate, please visit the product detail page of the item you would like to purchase and enter your delivery postcode.  If you are looking at purchasing multiple items, add all products to your cart to get an itemised delivery estimate for each item.

  • Who will deliver my purchase?

    In order to offer you the most cost effective delivery rates and the most secure delivery service, we have a range of partners across Australia who deliver our furniture and homewares.  

  • Why does the website ask for my delivery postcode?

    We ask you to enter your delivery postcode so that we can provide the most accurate delivery times and costs for your area.

  • Can I track my delivery?

    For homeware items you will receive a dispatch notification email when your order leaves our warehouse. Login to your online account and click on ‘Orders’ to view your tracking link.

     

    If you would like to track the status of your furniture delivery, please call your nearest store.

     

  • What if I am not at my delivery address when the order arrives?

    If a person aged over 18 and able to accept delivery is at the delivery address when the order arrives, the order will be delivered.  If no such person is at the delivery address:

    • For smaller homeware items, your delivery will be redirected to your local post office or courier distribution centre depending on the carrier.   
    • For larger furniture items, you will be charged a redelivery fee.

    We always call prior to delivery to ensure someone over the age of 18 will be available to receive the item, so if you know that you are not going to be available, please let us know.

  • Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

    Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

  • Can I purchase something online and pick it up in store?

    Click and collect is not a service that we currently offer.

  • What payment methods does freedom accept?

    For online purchases we accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Diners and AMEX) as well as PayPal, gift cards and myfreedom member cards. 

    For in store purchases we accept cash, Eftpos and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Diners and AMEX) as well as gift cards and myfreedom member cards.

  • Do you have interest free offers?

    At freedom we know that some purchases just can’t wait and we offer a range of everyday interest free payment plans to help you get what you need, now.

     

    Interest free payment plans are available in store and online for your convenience and 0% interest is available for 6, 12 or 24 months.

  • Do credit notes expire?

    If you have received a credit note, the expiry date will be printed underneath the heading ‘note of credit’. Credit notes are typically valid for one year from the date of issue.

  • How much does a myfreedom membership cost?

    myfreedom membership costs just $99 for two years.

  • What are the benefits of myfreedom membership?

    As a myfreedom member you will receive a huge range of benefits including:

  • I have just purchased a myfreedom membership, what happens now?

    When you purchase a myfreedom membership online, you will receive a welcome email and you can start saving online right away.  If you didn’t receive the welcome email, check your spam folder or contact us.

    You will receive your myfreedom member card in the mail.

    If you are shopping in-store before your card has arrived, advise the salesperson in-store and they will be able to apply your myfreedom member discount to your purchase.  

  • How long will it take for my myfreedom card to arrive?

    Please allow 12-14 business days for your myfreedom card to be delivered.  If you ordered your myfreedom card over 14 days ago, please contact us and we will contact our delivery partners to track your delivery.

  • How do I receive my birthday credit?

    Your myfreedom birthday credit will be loaded automatically onto your myfreedom card. 

    You will receive an email wishing you a happy birthday and confirming that your credit was loaded successfully.

    You can check the balance of your myfreedom card by logging into your account here.

  • When does my birthday credit expire?

    You have 3 months from the date of your birthday to use your $50 birthday credit.

  • How can I renew my myfreedom membership?

    You can renew your myfreedom membership online or in store.  Your membership number will remain the same but you will be sent a new membership card with a new expiry date. 

  • What do I get if I renew before my card expires?

    If you renew within 30 days before your membership expires, or 14 days after your membership has expired, you will be treated to an extra $50 credit.  The renewal credit will be loaded directly onto your card within 48 hours of renewal.  The renewal credit is valid for 3 months.
