Order Delays. We're working on it. 

Dear Customer,

Due to the ongoing global impact of the Covid pandemic, global supply chains across the retail industry including Freedom and our competitors are experiencing delays in the arrival of items into our warehouses.

Whilst we’re happy that we’re still able to bring you our full range of furniture and homewares throughout these challenging times, there has been a bigger impact on some of our suppliers and manufacturers overseas. Plus, industrial action around Sydney ports has disrupted the arrival of many of our containers, meaning they have to be shipped by road from other states, further extending lead times. While frustrating, these issues are unfortunately out of our control.

Our teams are working tirelessly on measures to lessen the impact of
these delays, and we have revised our quoted lead times to reflect this. For customers who have already purchased, we are working to get priority shipping to keep things moving, and reduce any delays to an absolute minimum. We’ll do our best to keep you in the loop with the
latest information and updates on your order.
