CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) INFORMATION FOR OUR CUSTOMERS

 

As we continue to follow government advice relating to Covid-19, we’re changing how we operate to ensure we keep everyone safe, whilst ensuring that we continue to make beautiful thinks for the home available to everyone.

A large number of our stores have re-opened and we’ll keep updating as we’re able to re-open more of our stores over the coming weeks. Our online store remains open and ready to deliver, and same day homewares ‘Click & Collect’ is available in stores that have re-opened.

Additionally, we have taken the following steps to make shopping with us a little easier and safer for all. This includes:

 

  • Social Distancing & Hand Sanitiser

We’ve introduced a number of social distancing measure across our stores including hand sanitizer stations positioned at store entry, counters and other suitable locations throughout the store. We are also encouraging customers to finalise payments via ‘tap & go’ payment methods.

 

  • Contactless Collection & Delivery

We have introduced contactless in-store collection and home delivery that are aimed at ensuring the health and wellbeing of both our customers and our teams. 

 

  • Extended Homewares Returns

We’ve extended our homewares change of mind policy to 30 days#.

 

  • Extended myfreedom Rewards#

We’ve decided to extend the expiry date of all myfreedom spend credits that have expired since our stores closed on Thursday 26 March and Sunday 24 May 2020. In the week of the 25 May myfreedom credits which expired between 26 March and 30 April 2020 will be re-activated with a new expiry of Sunday 26 July 2020.  Credits due to expire on 30 May, will be re-activated in the week of the 1 June with a new expiry of Sunday 26 July 2020.  myfreedom members will receive an email when these rewards have been re-activated.
