Freedom offers a range of payment options, so why not ask in-store for details? Some conditions apply.
Does Freedom sell gift vouchers?
Can't decide on the perfect gift? Freedom has a wide range of gift solutions for any gift giving occasion. Our most popular gift is the Freedom Gift Card, but if you can't make it into store a Freedom eVoucher is your saviour. Is the Freedom Gift Registry available everywhere?
At this stage, the online Freedom Gift Registry is only available for Australian residents to set up a gift registry in Australia. If you are an Australian resident click here for more details. If you are a New Zealand resident there is a Gift Registry service that you can use in store, so please contact your nearest store for details. Unfortunately at this stage Freedom Gift Registry online and instore is not available for international registries.
What payment methods do delivery drivers accept?
Our delivery drivers accept cash, Eftpos or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Diners and AMEX).
When does my Note of Credit expire?
Your Note of Credit will have an expiry date printed underneath the heading "Note of Credit". If you have trouble finding this you can call Freedom Customer Service on 1300 135 588.
My Gift Card, Voucher or Note of Credit has expired. Can I still redeem it?
Gift Cards, Gift Vouchers, Discount Vouchers and Notes of Credit must be redeemed before the expiry date to be valid.
How often should I clean my sofa?
This will vary depending on what type of sofa you have. Visit Product Care for product specific information.
How can I purchase if I cannot get into a store?
Freedom does not yet offer an online or phone/mail order facility. However, if you are looking for the perfect gift you can purchase a Freedom eVoucher online.
Can I find all Freedom products on this website?
This site features hundreds of Freedom products; however this is only a small portion of Freedom's complete product range. To view a greater selection download our latest catalogue or visit your nearest Freedom store.
How can I get a copy of the latest Freedom catalogue?
A free copy of the Freedom catalogue is available in store or alternatively from our website you can download it, view it online or request for one to be mailed to you.
When does the new catalogue come out?
Freedom produces two major catalogues per year which forecast trends and feature most of our range. These are launched in March (Autumn/Winter range) and August (Spring/Summer range).
Does Freedom have a mailing list I can join?
You can stay in touch with the latest news at Freedom by registering for Freedom Update where we will email you previews, decorator tips and exclusive bonus offers.
What software do I require to download the catalogue?
You will require Adobe Acrobat Reader to download the catalogue. If you do not have this free plug in you can download it here. Each catalogue is quite large in size and may take some time to download. So you can also view our catalogue online or if you are on a dial up internet connection we recommend you request a mailed copy.
