Custom blinds
You can have your blinds made to fit your windows when you choose from our extremely affordable range of custom blinds. You save money too, because you measure and install them yourself. Instructions on how to measure your windows and details of the available options, including some size limitations, are included on the relevant order forms.
To order your custom blinds, download an order form and fill in the details required. Then return the order form with your deposit to your nearest Freedom store.
Custom Roller blinds
Sleek and easy to use, these are a very simple and understated design, yet extremely functional and versatile for contemporary interiors. We offer a variety of blind fabrics – sunscreen, lightfilter and blockout – so you can customise for insulation, light filtering and privacy. You can also choose a Duetto Headrail that allows two rollers to be hung from the same rail. That way you can have a sunscreen blind for daytime and a blockout blind for night.

Custom Venetian blinds
Always popular and very versatile, Venetian blinds offer adjustable light filtering and privacy and full or partial views of the world outside. Choose from a range of different materials:

Aluminium - Lightweight and contemporary, aluminium blinds are great for modern settings or wet areas.

Basswood - Timber adds warmth and character to any room, especially living areas and bedrooms. It’s not recommended for rooms with high humidity, like a bathroom.

Western cedar - The natural tonal variations of this timber gives it a unique look, adding charm and character to most living areas and bedrooms. Again, being timber it’s not recommended for rooms with high humidity like a bathroom, laundry or kitchen.

Bamboo - An environmentally friendly and very durable alternative to solid timber, these blinds are made from lightweight laminated bamboo.

Ecowood - This man-made material is environmentally friendly and affordable, with a simulated woodgrain finish. It is very durable, washable and resists peeling, cracking and warping, so it’s the ideal choice for high humidity areas like a bathroom, laundry or kitchen.
Custom Shutter blinds
Aerofoile blades offer the shutter look at a fraction of the price of fixed shutters. Featuring wide 63mm blades that close together snugly for a more complete blockout and increased privacy. They’re also easy to remove for cleaning. Made from environmentally friendly, fire resistant man-made material, shutter blinds are ideal for high humidity areas like bathrooms and laundries.

Custom Roman blinds
Roman blinds are a soft window covering that offer privacy as well as full or partial views, with a cord lock to keep the blind in place. We offer several fabric types with varying sunscreen, blockout or light filtering properties. See the fabric sample range instore.
Classic - With concealed rods and stitching at the back of the blind for a simple look. Pay a bit extra for a ‘cleanline’ option with a metal rod in the back seams which prevents any puckering at the front of the blind that can occur with some fabrics.
Plantation - Featuring a timber baton detail on the front of the blind plus a matching timber valance at the top. The timber trim is available in woodstain or painted finishes.
