The Recruitment process
You’ll find all our current vacancies advertised on line.
When you apply, we ask you to fill out an initial screening form and also give us a covering letter and your resume to show why you’d be right for the position. Short and sweet is good. Include your personal details too, so that it’s easy for us to contact you.
If you don’t meet our initial screening criteria, covering the essentials for that particular job, you will be sent an automatic response. Otherwise, if you make it through to the short list, we’ll invite you in for an interview.
You'll need to bring along proof of your academic achievements, visas and any other documents to support your application.
In the interview, we’ll ask you a variety of questions that will require you to give examples based on your previous experience. We want you to ask us questions too, so do have some prepared.
For some vacancies, we may invite you for a second interview. If that goes well, we’ll check your references and if they’re all good, make you a job offer.
We support Equal Employment Opportunity in our workplace, which means we’re committed to identifying and eliminating discrimination. We treat all employees and applicants for employment according to their skills, qualifications, abilities and aptitudes without regard to race, gender or sexual preference.
